Nairobi: The Aga Khan and Nobel literature laureate Wole Soyinka are among the delegates expected at the International Press Institute's 54th Annual Congress in Nairobi. IPI board and forum members and their spouses last evening attended a dinner hosted by the Serena Group ahead of the three-day talks, which officially open tomorrow. The congress has attracted top editors and media executives, with special guests from 53 countries.
